What is your Situation and Question?
We have been working from home for 5 weeks now. Some employees are restless. A client wants my team to go on-site for consulting work, but I have employees refusing to go.
What's the biggest challenge?
I'm torn between losing my team or losing business with one of our biggest clients.
What's the objective?
I need to find a win-win solution or at least an arrangement to resolve this deadlock situation. Whether or not you are in this situation, put yourself in my place and share with me how you would resolve the problem.
